Located in charming San José del Cabo, Tequila Restaurant is the perfect setting for an intimate dinner or a group function.
The main dining room is in the large courtyard at the rear of the building, shaded by giant avocado, mango, African tulip, and guava trees planted in the 1920s. There are beautiful lights hanging from the trees, and colorful glassware on the tables. After dark it is softly lit by candles and landscape lighting. Wrought iron tables and chairs, with leather seating surfaces complete the simple but elegant look.
Tequila´s menu consists of the finest and freshest seafood, beef and poultry. Vegetables are locally grown on organic farms. All dishes are prepared either grilled or in a wood burning oven in order to maximize flavor.
We started with a Damiana Margarita while we enjoyed the quiet garden setting. Our dinner began with a fresh tomato salad with fresh herbs and cheese as well as a stuffed pepper with veggies and cheese that was a great start. We then tried a combo of fresh fish with grilled veggies that was cooked to perfection and also tried the Beef Filet that was also very tasty.
Service at Tequila’s is impeccable, with owners Fernando Hernández and Enrique Silva assuring that your every need is anticipated and satisfied.
